1. Booking Policy
Bookings are automatically confirmed through our online system, however Bunny & Bloom Beauty reserves the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our service policies.
All appointments must be paid for in cash at the end of your appointment.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Failure to provide adequate notice or not showing up for your appointment may result in restrictions on future bookings.
3. Refund Policy
Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be provided.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please speak to us immediately so we can address any concerns.
4. Consultation Requirements
Some services require completion of a consultation form before your appointment.
Please ensure all consultation forms are completed honestly and thoroughly for your safety and the best service outcome.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in service refusal or additional charges.
5. Health and Safety
Please do not bring other people or children to your appointment as our treatment room is not spacious enough for multiple people.
If you have any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns, please inform us before your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.
6. Client Expectations
We ask that all clients are polite and respectful during their visit.
As we operate from a home salon, please be mindful and respectful of the property.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can provide the full service.
7. Data Protection
Bunny & Bloom Beauty is fully GDPR compliant and takes your privacy seriously.
Your personal information will only be used for appointment scheduling and service provision.
We will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
8. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, you participate in beauty treatments at your own risk.
Bunny & Bloom Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions if relevant information was not disclosed during consultation.
We maintain appropriate insurance, but our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
